Free delivery on all orders over £50. Otherwise £3.99. Minimum order £15. Delivery time approximately 3-5 working days.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. All our prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include the VAT at the current rate. Prices are exclusive of posting & packaging costs. Assuming the availability of the ordered products, the delivery time is as below: As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation via email. DHL has a delivery time of 3-5 working days. Items not in stock can be ordered with a delivery time of 3-4 months.
DAMAGED OR UNDELIVERED GOODS
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered. If an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it, please call customer services on 07587 872428. You will be issued with a returns number. You may then return the goods quoting the number. Faulty goods will be inspected and if found to have a manufacturing default a full refund or replacement will be offered.
Please note we do not refund carriage.
You can return an unwanted item to us within 14 days from the date you received the item. All returned goods must be returned with a proof of purchase. Download the returns form at the bottom of this page. Please include the form in your parcel, a copy of your invoice and apply the address label to the outside. When you return an item to us, we handle it as a straight forward refund and make a payment back to the Paypal account you originally paid with. If you request an exchange, we will place the new item you require on a new order and charge your Paypal account for this order. This means that in most cases, the value of the exchange order will be debited from your Paypal account before you receive the refund for the returned goods.
PayPal will reimburse you up to £15 per return if you sign up to their “return shipping on us” service. Simply log into your PayPal account, select the purchase you returned and click on “Request return shipping refund”. Submit the return shipping request form, along with proof of your return within 30 days.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
With orders placed on the internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. You must contact us within 14 working days, not including weekends or public holidays, after the day your order was received.
